And Ron Calcagni, one of the first dual threat QBS. He was a better runner than passer, so it was really a triple threat like the wishbone but out of the veer offense.
The year was a little disappointing because we were preseason #1 but lost to two good teams. I remember the Texas Tech game well scoring TDs on all 6 first half possessions to lead 42 to 0.
