I find it interesting what Danny was discussing in the conversation he had with Steven Parker's father regarding the reason his son ended up at OU was because of the housing OU had for student housing. I understand the NCAA rule about on campus dorms have to be at least 51/49% athletes vs regular students.

Does FR have to live on campus?

If not why doesn't a group of razorback boosters build an off campus student housing complex that is a luxury complex that has all the bells and whistles that are extreme to the top line student housing project. One that would cost the average student about $1,200 per month which is about double the cost of an average complex for students. Bottomline it would take a very wealthy student that could afford to live in this student housing.

The student athlete would have part of housing expense paid by the athletic department and the balance picked up by the Razorback Foundation special fund for housing.

You could build a gated community that might look more like large town homes with each unit having 8 bedrooms/8 baths with all the luxury amenities a student would ever need and that would clearly separate our housing over all others.

Find the land close to campus and even run shuttle services to campus, etc.
