I'm back after a week off. I had already taken a week earlier this summer and hadn't planned on any more time away, but Trey told me, "You should take another week before camp. Go do something." Good to have a boss that says that sort of thing, by the way.
We didn't do much, just hung around the area. The highlight was spending my birthday with the girls and then floating the Elk yesterday. We put up a good number of smallmouth, mostly in the last hour and a half once we figured out what they wanted.
Anyway, I see it reported that DL John Mincey out of Georgia is on campus today. Big DE prospect.
On Thursday, the Hogs will welcome one of their top remaining targets in OLB Maureese Wren.
As reported earlier this week, B.J. Hanspard will be here for Thursday's first practice as well.
