HAWGBEAT'S PICKS

Each story, HawgBeat will list a few picks that look favorable based on trends and statistics throughout the season.

Jordan Walsh drafted in the first round (+250)

Jordan Walsh had an incredible combine and really impressed in individual pre-draft workouts with multiple teams. When he officially declared he was a fringe first round, early second-round guy, but with the draft combine performance, pre-draft workouts, and the draft location of certain teams, there's a very good chance Walsh could be a first round pick.

Anthony Black to the Orlando Magic (+350)

The Magic have the sixth overall pick in the NBA Draft, and similar to Walsh, Anthony Black has seen his stock soar. He's a consensus top-10 pick across all reputable NBA mock drafts and there seem to be a couple favorite spots for him to land: Orlando at the No. 6 spot or the Washington Wizards at the No. 8 spot. With as much hype as there has been surrounding Black, the publicity he's gotten in recent days, and his unique combination of size, talent and athleticism, a team like the Magic could take him before the Wizards have the chance to.
