Those that think he's not ready are way off base. I'm not saying he's my first choice, but you need to do your research on him before saying you would be disappointed if he's next after Kiffin.

While at NC State as the OC. Ranked in the top 20 in offensive categories since 2014. NC State is not a power football school, yet the offense flourished under his direction. Finley the QB that was drafted last year was better than any QB we've had since Mallet and Finley groomed him for the NFL.

NC State offense without Drink has stunk it up. Lots of injuries, but the QB play has been terrible. Losing a strong OC = struggles the next year.

10-1 at App State with wins over North Carolina and South Carolina. 2 teams we would have lost too. They're fundamentally sound in all aspects of the game. 36 years old with a great offensive mind.

I've lived in NC for 15 years and the boosters I know from NC State and App. Think Drink is the real deal.

We could do a lot worse.
