OT Fading Memory

I am in my 60's so maybe this is natural. I started to watch the second season of Goliath and found that I forgot every bit of the first season. I am finding this to be a problem. I almost need to watch previous seasons of programs because I have totally or almost totally forgot what has happened.
Does anyone else have this problem?
