saw this talk on another site, between TCU fans.
....I always like to see how we look to others so this was fun reading for me.

Man Arky can hit or maybe Tech's pitching ain't that great (today). Arky up 8-5 in bottom of 5th. They have 2 HRs today. One guy hit his 3rd on the weekend. Arky has 12 HRs through 7 1/2 games. No idea if they play in a little league park at home but they are pounding them out of Minute Maid. One of them was up there close to where Baker hit it.

Here is their stadium size, according to wikipedia:

Left Field - 320 ft (97.5 m)
Left-Center - 375 ft (114.3 m)
Center Field - 400 ft (121.9 m)
Right-Center - 365 ft (111.3 m)
Right Field - 320 ft (97.5 m)

Same distance at center as Lupton, but they've got between 10-25 feet shorter to each other point. They do seem to be pretty long-ball oriented from glancing at some of their scores from this year. Benintendi hit like a thousand HRs for them last year too.

Lupton isn't huge but plays massive due to prevailing south wind. They are at a slightly higher elevation with smaller ballpark and no wind to speak of. I would argue they ought to hit quite a few homeruns with those dimensions. The only advantage we have is they would tend to be a little colder until late in the season.
