So after last episode a lot of my friends have been discussing the future of the season and several theories flying around the internet, specifically the "Northern Conspiracy"
The theory is basically that Jon has been legitimized as a Stark and the northern families know about it. The scene in episode 3 with Jon Umber giving Rickon to Ramsey is all a ploy and shaggy dog really isn't dead. The north is trying to lure Ramsey out of Winterfell and then have the bastardbowl.
I bring the theory up because I know we have a few game of thrones people in the forum and wanted everyone's opinion.
