How many 4/5* players are there in HS BB every year?

I know there is a certain number every year like in Football, seems like it is 50 5* players in the country and 150 4* players. Does anyone know what the numbers are in BB? Since there are only 12-14 kids on a team, I would guess that the number of stars given out are also lower. Is that correct?
