If HY thinks that he can be an effective AD without a solid football program (8-4 avg record) then he has to be replaced. My question is, since Sam/Hunter seem to have done an excellent job with hires to improve the defensive side, should Sam be given another year to see if the appropriate hires could be made to improve the offensive side of the ball? I'm not certain how I personally feel? I just wonder if it might be easier to find a super star OC and staff (like we seem to have done on defense) than to find a super star head coach and wind up with a $50,000,000 buy out like some head coaches have.
