CBB says today on a short radio segment when speaking about his defense. Also mentioned he was a defense player with a defensive mentality. I guess he was hinting that he may have to take some liberty from the assistant coaches on the defense? Maybe hinting that he was looking at some of their job performances (Robb Smith)?
Kind of rubbed me the wrong way because (at least to me) he came across as having a CEO mentality and don't y'all make me come down there. Ya know, most effective CEO's get involved when something is broken sooner rather than later. At what point is he going to realize that our D is just plain bad by SEC standards? I like the guy. Sometimes I wonder if he gets it. Maybe needs to quit making TV shows and go find a couple of the second coming of Kenoy Kennedy's.
Finally get a top notch QB and the defense is too broke to really do anything special. And the head coach threatens to get involved. Dedgum.
