He's 4th on the depth chart at RB behind Jamal Charles, Charcandrick West, and Spencer Ware ... and though KD is one of the best KR in the league, so far today against the Bears in preseason Week 3, rookie Tyreek Hill has handled KR duties and 2-year FA RB Darrin Reaves, who ran harder, faster, and better than KD last week, has gotten a carry ahead of Knile.
I think KD does enough in the KR game to make a roster this year, but his value as a RB is 3rd-team at best in this league.
