The things you hear on TV...
So I'm watching Foreman and Mount Ida and one of the announcers (one of them is breathing heavily into the mic) tells a story about Foreman's QB, Kyren Batey running a "4.24" forty yard dash at Arkansas' football camp last summer. He said Vernon Hargreaves said "Wait, that can't be right," and made him run it again. So Batey runs another 4.24.
So either there is some serious stretching of the truth or Arkansas (and many other) colleges are missing out on a serious athletic freak.
FWIW... watching Batey myself I say he looks more like a 4.45 to 4.5 guy. Where do these stories come from?
