So, for once, my wife and I got to church early yesterday (Cross Church - Fayetteville). We are sitting in our seats watching people file in. Low and behold I look over and walking up the stairs to the top row are Mason Jones and Khalil Garland. It took them a while to make it up there because they were stopping and shaking everyone's hand. I don't know what time they got back into Fayetteville on Saturday night, but I thought it pretty awesome to see two college guys getting up and making it to church by 10 on Sunday morning. We often joke that we "need more thugs" on our football/basketball teams, but in this day and age it is refreshing to see two young men on "short rest" getting up to make time for things that are really important. That is all.
