What in gods name was the administration thinking hiring this clown? In 3 years at SMU the guy posted a 14-22 record overall with an 8-16 record in the American Athletic Conference. A record like that doesn't warrant getting a job at an SEC school. He'll be fired in 2 years.

Be patient with him. He is going to be a great hire in time. You don’t just go from a pro style run heavy offense to spread with success in one season especially in the SEC. It will take a 2/3 seasons before you can really tell. He was a great coach for us at Clemson. I have no doubt he will be a great coach for you guys if he has time to get his guys in that have been recruited to his system. Give him time. It took Dabo time. Grant it we were playing in a way easier division/conference. Chad was awesome for us. We don’t have a natty without him. He did turn SMU around they were winless when he got there. I would want him at Clemson if/when Dabo leaves clemson.
