1. Does anyone know if we did in fact have substantive discussions about the job with Chris Beards agent? Haven’t really heard any thing specifically ( other than “T-Tech is his dream job”, “Texas is his dream job”, etc) I hope HY didn’t get so locked on who he was comfortable with (Sampson) that we didn’t pursue Beard.
2) I’m OK with Sampson.... Does anyone have any updates? When can we expect a yay or nay, and when is the announcement, if yay? He said the decision would be soon.
3) Can Sampson get us a few Bigs for this next season? Anybody recruits UH that can follow him or grad transfers?
3) Who are the back up candidates that HY has spoken with? I know Nikki mentioned the coach at UT Arlington (lol) .
