The one and done rule from the NBA is really hurting college basketball. Either make them stay for 3 years or go back to letting the divas go straight to the NBA. This is ridiculous. To me there is just something morally wrong with allowing an institution like Kentucky to make such a mockery of the term "student athlete." They are selling their program as an NBA prep league where pursuit of a 4 year degree is actually discouraged because they have to keep running the kids through the machine to make room for new kids.

The NCAA needs to re-examine the APR rules and do something to require Kentucky to graduate more of these kids. It is sad to see the best talent in the country come together to make a semi-professional team and make a mockery of the teams that actually provide their students an environment that fosters the opportunity to earn a college degree. It is just not right.
