A blue waffle is a slang term for an imaginary female disease. There are lots of very disgusting photoshop'd images online. I guess you could call it viral internet slang. I doubt this kid's nickname is Blue Waffle but it shows how irresponsible the media is for just putting something up on the screen and not knowing its very profane.
