I go once every 2 years to horse track for fun. $100 for all day for small bets, food, couple drinks and to people watch, no clue what I’m doing but have a blast
Been to tunica and Vegas several times, same deal, $100 try to sit at black jack table as long as I can with minimum bets, food, drinks and people watch.
I’ve seen a few post about track this year, seems a little disjointed so far.
I want to go end of Feb or early March
So 3 questions
1. For the track, hows the atmosphere and process been for a non serious gambler, one who just usually enjoys environment?
2. How’s the black jack tables at Oaklawn? Crowded and a pain or pretty laid back?
3. Saracen, is it worth going to pine bluff to check it out? How are the eats? Food / resultant worth the day trip?
- I would image their black jack tables are more what I’m looking for verses a crowded Oaklawn table on a race day?
