OT- Uber drivers and setting up an LLC

Sorry for the second thread. My buddy that I've been working with that isn't gonna have as much work form me going forward is offering to buy me a newer vehicle for the ubering as long as i'm able to set up an LLC for the UBER . Does anyone know if this is a possibility?
