guys not know ahead of time what will be asked of them ?? McFadden knew and worked out for weeks with a speed coach and ran a 4.4 forty at the combine and ran himself into a top 10 pick...our lineman and HH should have worked until they could bench press 225lbs at least 25 times...utterly achievable with hard work and dedication...they could also skip rope to improve their footwork and leg presses for their jumps...the NFL is a business and these guys just cost themselves millions of dollars !
