My take is this, we landed some really good guys early and held on to all of them except Pollard. These guys were recruited hard by other schools and even got late visits. If these same guys waited until late in the game to announce everyone would feel differently right now.
We filled a lot of needs and then they swung for the fences, none of the guys that have decided to stay in state or picked other schools were going to make or break this recruiting class. Would it of been awesome to land them all? Of course it would have! However that was always a long shot.
We still have a shot at Fulton and Cleveland, both are long shots but a shot none the less. This staff did their work early and had the luxury of going after some grand slam type kids to finish off an already solid class.
Have to remember this staff held onto a lot of guys when what are considered the big boys came after them hard. I for one choose to be happy about the guys that decided to be Razorbacks and forget the names of the ones that didn't!!!
