He is an average coach who hires below average assistants(not including Scotty), too stubborn to change the style the team plays and it is year 6 and we still don't have the players needed to run our current system.
I've always supported him but it is time to move on before the next couple of classes get on campus. Even if we finish the year strong it's time to go hire a better coach.
