I think he was referring to rankings at the time the game was played.

And, for a long time.. there was only a top 20.

And the statement that the last time Arkansas beat a ranked Ole Miss... the ranking of Arkansas has no bearing on that.

Roaming Rebal, I hate to be picky; however, as you are the son of a Marine (I'm a retired Marine) you will appreciate this tip. A lot of countries in the world have marines, or some kind of naval infantry, but when one attributes a Marine in the service of the United States, the M is capitalized. For example, my brother, sister, friend, mother, father were Marines not marines.
