- Arkansas practiced indoors on Tuesday and spent some segments of practice in the Walker Pavilion again on Wednesday. Practices this week have been a little shorter due to extra time being spent on the Tigers last week during the bye.
- Defensive line coach Rory Segrest was asked if he had ever been on a team that had 34 days between home games and did not play a home game until their fourth conference game. He seemed a little surprised at those numbers when the question was posed to him like that.
- Defensive tackle Armon Watts, who has worked his way into the two-deep at defensive tackle, said his playing time started to go up after he made a big play against Tennessee.
- Linebacker Brooks Ellis said the have prepared for the Wildcat and are ready for it. He is also impressed with Auburn starting tailback Peyton Barber.
- Joshua Liddell didn't go into specifics, but it sounds like Auburn should expect some different looks from Arkansas' defense here and there. Liddell is expected to start this week and said he looked at some things he was doing and has corrected those issues.
- More to come in the full post-practice report.
