and that includes road wins over No. 9 LSU, No. 15 TCU, and No. 16 Ole Miss. We're 2-0 in back-to-back bowl games over the past 2 seasons. We just had our best September since 2011. We've already played arguably the 2 best teams in college football, definitely 2 Top 5 teams, IMO.
Look, we've got problems and I came into this season expecting 6-6 due to a combination of the available personnel and the strength of THE toughest division this side of the NFL. So far, we've won the games we should have, which is another step in the right direction.
If you like the uptick in recruiting, if you like the fact that CBB will tweak the staff to try to improve the program, if you like his expectations / philosophy for his players off the field, if you like the recent progress, then strap in with this group and don't freak out if we do end up 6-6.
I still want CBB to make tweaks to all 3 phases of the game, as well as clock- and game-management situations. I think he will. I'm still on the bandwagon.
