Many people have started to really concentrate on the diet and health to help navigate through the covid minefield...
.......and this board has a lot of intelligent posters so I am wondering what folks eat to start their day.
....I try to eat a bowl of oats with walnuts, cinnamon, flax seed, Blueberries and a bit of honey.
....I thought that covered a lot of areas but then I read where someone says don't eat any grains and someone told a family member that fruit when you start the morning is not good for sugar level.
......Anyone got the ultimate healthy breakfast. I am trying to do the whole zinc, vitamin C & D thing for covid
