From TigerDetails:
A full calendar year has passed since LSU won a true road game, the last coming Jan. 10, 2018, in a dominating 75-54 win at Arkansas.

Wade said Bud Walton Arena is one of the top atmospheres in the league and will be a good test for the young team to see how they handle the pressures of an SEC environment.

“When they get to making 3's and turning you over and start calling the hogs, it’s tough to stop,” Wade said. “They don’t build arenas as big as Bud Walton anymore, so it’ll be a hostile environment. We’ll have to be a lot more connected than we were at our last road game, be better at attention to detail and compete for a full 40 minutes.”

Wade believes limiting turnovers will be the biggest key in walking out of Fayetteville with a win. The Tigers turned the ball over 16 times in the win over Alabama, and the coach said if that happens again, the outcome will be very different.

“We can’t toss the ball around the gym and if we do that and at least get a shot on the basket then I think we’ll give ourselves a chance to win,” Wade said. “They shoot the 3-ball real well and get a lot of energy when they do and that lets the building go a little wild so we have to make sure we contain those hits.”
