Tomorrow I'm doing the 35-mile Texas River Marathon down the Guadalupe River from Cuero to Victoria in a tandem kayak. Last year, my partner and I both had shoulder flare-ups during the race and were SLOW....this year, my shoulder seems good, but the water flow is down -- might be a LONG day on the water...in the rain...then in the sun...then more rain...sun....blah blah....
Anyway, wish me luck -- if I don't die, I'll pop in on Sunday or Monday with an update. If you never see me here again......the river (or my partner) killed me.
