First, I'm mixed up on strength and conditioning. I thought the razorbacks were into a strength and conditions program that went back to the good, ole, Bigger, Stronger, & Faster core of three lifts w/deadlifts (using a hex bar). I'm not sure where I got that idea. If that is the case, I'm not sure I understand the combine bench press numbers. At all.
