Had a baby in November. My company(Arcbest) started offering Paternity Leave 1/1, sucks for me. Took 2 months off for the baby so no more vacation until the beginning of the year, bummer.

It would be interesting to see that as a ratio to the state. Meaning, that’s about a 5% increase in comparison to 2016, if the state is at 10% increase using that same comparison, would that be a “faulty” stat?

Tbh why is it not a federal holiday? We can celebrate the former presidents but can’t take the day off to decide who one of those celebrated is going to be?

One part of the Left messaging that I can't understand is the 2A stance combined with the wave of defund/abolish the police. How is one to defend themselves and/or their families if resources are reduced or completely taken away from the ones who are supposed to protect us while also adding more restrictions to the access of semi-automatic weapons? Add the riots/looting and I just don't understand the reasoning.
If this current pace continues it looks like the republican turnout will outpace the Dems by 250k-300k by the end of the day. The biggest indicator will be how the NPA/Independent vote goes, the breakdown by party (will there be republican flips to dems or vice versa), and the same election turnover in the missing counties (specifically Miami). Florida is going to go to be very close again in my opinion.
Biden will need at least a 10 pt win (55-45) with independents to win the state. Not sure what that polling looks like. Simply my take from the real time breakdown.
