I hate to break it to you, but you don't have zero odds now. And you won't have zero odds if these laws get passed. Nothing is going to stop a pervert from dressing like a woman to "sneak a peak"

Funny thing is that everyone has already been in bathrooms with transgender people and haven't even realized it.

I'm not aware of his history with ESPN , just his baseball career, but i see nothing overly controversial about stating your opinion that men should urinate in the men's room. That's all.

So you don't really know what you are talking about then. Schilling has been suspended and reprimanded by ESPN multiple times. He has continually ignored ESPNs requests to stop doing it.

As far as this instance goes, he didn't just state his opinion that men should urinate in the men's room. He shared an offensive meme that made fun of trans people. There's a difference. As with the majority of the stuff Curt shares on social media it was hate filled and downright mean. He decided he wants to play an on facebook. ESPN decided they didn't want an representing their company.

It's much, much more likely that transgender individuals are the victims of sexual violence or harassment as a result of using the restroom that matches their biological sex than it is that they will be the perpetrators of sexual violence or harassment in a bathroom of their gender. Just my two cents.

Also, regardless of this incident, Schilling is a bigot who has time and time again proven he doesn't deserve to be on television. Glad this was apparently the last straw.

The new law goes far beyond the silly bathroom argument.

To the best of my knowledge, (and correct me if I am wrong) the NC law tacked on a lot of extra stuff that allows people to deny services to the LGBT community, which I have a far bigger problem with than the bathroom debate. What the lawmakers did was fire up the fears of the public using the bathroom scare tactics to pass far more disturbing and discriminatory laws

But that's the problem. Someone that is transgender in this case identifies themselves as a woman.

It's not really anyone's business what lies underneath their clothes.

It matters a whole lot if a guy in a dress is sharing a restroom with my wife, my daughter, or my grand daughter. Not quite understanding why the rights of the sexually confused should be greater than the rights of the people who aren't confused. How long will it take sexual predators to figure out that access to helpless women is just a matter of putting on a dress? All made possible by the insanity of political correctness.

I've read at least 3 stories in this last week. It's ridiculous to think this wont happen. Any sicko can put on a dress or a wig. Anybody could do it before, yes. This just opens up for it to be perfectly acceptable and nobody will have the right to say the person is lying.
