So the big ten changed there rules on how many games you have to play in order to be eligible for the big 10 title game. Even tho I believe they are one of the best teams in the nation I still think its bullshit. Also don't think they should be allowed in the cfp.

~There was one less specialist than normal, as K/P Matthew Phillips didn't travel. I'm guessing that means Vito was the backup placekicker.

Biggest takeaway from Sam is that Franks has practice, but it'll be a game-time decision on him vs. KJ (surprise, surprise). Don't be surprised if KJ plays, even if Franks is healthy.

I was talking with a friend whose daughter plays basketball for Mountain Home. The daughter had to guard the Bentonville girl last night who signed with Baylor last month. I said, “Oh, yeah. That’s the team that Arkansas beat the other night.” MH didn’t fare well, but they play 8 or 9 sophomores so watch out for them next year and the year after.

And it wasn't close. 13 point loss and Fort Hays St was without 2 coaches as well.

We have got to do a better job in our evaluations of players we recruit from the transfer portal. I think that is the area that really hurt us this year with Felipe being the only one who has had a positive impact.

Our weakenesses this year:
Kicking game - Brought in AJ reed: Terrible!
Defensive Line - Xavier Kelly: Meh. No impact
Line Backer - Levi Draper: Didn’t play
DB - Jerry Jacobs: Quit
OL - Luke Jones: Meh.
QB - Felipe: Outstanding

Next year we have the WR from OU who will be eligible, Crawford. Hopefully he can have an impact.

Not only is he an SEC graduate, but he has also finished his masters degree. If he comes back next year, I think that deserves a super special patch on his jersey. Pretty impressive.
