BB Recruiting 2020 Class Rankings

No outlet has updated their rankings to include transfers yet but here's where things finished off on Rivals, ESPN and 247:

From what I understand, based on Rivals' formula for their hoops classes, it's highly unlikely even with all 4 guys being in the Rivals150, that they'd beat out a team with more than 4 commits who are also ranked highly. Unlike in the football rankings, Rivals doesn't try to balance out a team with 6 commits to a team with 3, they just do it based purely on points per commit.

This may be an addiction

I've been a member since 2010 and apparently only post on leap years. But I obsessively read everything on HawgBeat, 7 days a week.
Monday morning I was horrified to see that I was logged out on both my phone and my computer and that my password would not work. I thought perhaps that my credit card had expired but was unable to log in to check. When my assistant got to work, I cried to her to fix it. She is just slightly (completely) more technologically savvy than I. She tried to send a reset password with no success. So after 3 days and a novel's worth of emails back and forth to Rival's support, I am back and have learned a couple of things.
One, glitches happen with apparently no good reason but the Rival's support team will jump through hoops to help. And two, I am utterly, completely, undeniably, absolutely, unequivocally and thoroughly addicted to this website. Withdrawals include bothering the heck out of my employees, mounting tires out of boredom at my advanced age, binging YouTube videos I care nothing about and moping in my office.
But there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks to my lovely assistant's sharp eye and the necessity for her to look at this site, I now know how to check my DM's and I offer a sincere apology to Hamm Wow for my lack of response to a tire question he asked in 2018. Now that I know how to check my messages, I will happily respond.
Actually, this is TireHawg's assistant. He is currently on his phone, rabidly going through all the posts on this forum that he's missed for the last 3 days while I type this on his computer. The addiction is real, y'all. Thank you to the support team for getting him back in. He was driving me and my coworkers up the wall!

IF KK signs with hogs 4/20 and IF you count Vance with this class

Is this the best “incoming” group (I know Vance and Tate are transfers) on paper in one recruiting class? Debated this with two others, they said no but they don’t keep up with this like we do.

3 of 4 incoming freshmen inside top 100, other inside top 150, Vance was inside top 100 at 80
So technically 4 of 5 in top 100, under 80 really, then other inside 150

I tried to look back 3 classes compare
BJ and Madden were up there but mickleson was at 100 and but Abron and Ross in top 150
So 2 in 50 and 3 more under 150. I thought at the time that was the best class ever on paper

brewer and olu were up there in top 50 but others not as highly ranked

big Al (who never made it to campus) and S Hill were up there with Thomas too but not all of class

Did Muss just assemble the best best “group” of players ever coming into AR at one time?
am I correct in saying that ? Again not class ranking, not just freshman, throw Vance in too
TIA

Yurachek appointed to the Arkansas Economic Recovery Task Force

..by Governor Hutchinson. Interesting selection. Should give some push to the re-opening efforts of the athletic department. Not sure what good it will do since the Federal Gov’t, the NCAA and the SEC will make the calls that really matter. But getting the athletes back on campus will help a lot. Just hope the NCAA will do the right thing and let the football team get started first week of July if the return date in late June holds up.

OT Growing Up

The third member of my high school graduating class died yesterday. 23 years old.

It happens everywhere, but did/does watching your classmates die ever make you question your own mortality? These are people I saw walking the halls every day and had a ton of classes with and were decent friends with. Just really puts things in perspective, I guess. But so young. Does it ever get easier, or at least not as shocking, when someone dies? Wasn’t anyone old or terminally ill; just an early twenties kid in Little Rock. Keep his family in your prayers; I know they’re having a hard time with this.
