It's not "inaccurate info" it's the info they have at the time. You only get more accurate as more data comes in–that takes time. So instead of endangering a ton of people, you take the cautious route until you have a clear picture of what the situation really is.My goodness. Now that is some logic right there. Your saying its ok they was wrong because they had inaccurate info? Im at a loss for words here.
The other option is to look at the data, say nah i don't believe it, do whatever the hell you want and then have nothing to fall back on when 100,000 Americans die. Good luck getting re-elected with that strategy
