This was the Sean Parnell and Mike Kelly case. Expert says SCOTUS rejected the PA case without any explanation because the same stuff is covered in the Texas case which is a bigger case that includes GA, MI, and WI.

In October, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court took it upon itself to hold that mail-in ballots could arrive after election day if they were mailed on November 3 and, almost as if to ensure fraud, that those mail-in ballots without postmarks would be presumed to have been timely. An eight-justice U.S. Supreme Court refused to consider the matter. After the election, though, Justice Alito ordered that Pennsylvania segregate mail-in ballots, indicating further review. Republicans duly filed a request for a review, and, on Tuesday, Pennsylvania filed its unimpressive opposition brief.

Pennsylvania’s opening argument is that there’s no way the Supreme Court should decide whether a state engaged in unconstitutional conduct in a federal election because doing so is just too big!

In this case, the Constitution says that only state legislatures may write the rules by which states conduct both state and federal elections. In Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court ignored this overriding constitutional requirement.

The forces arrayed against Trump and his supporters are awesome, possibly insurmountable. The various mainstream media are telling everyone that the election is over, and that anyone saying otherwise is indulging in baseless conspiracy theories. Silicon Valley has been aggressively censoring any news item or video that purports to show that fraud actually did occur.

When it comes right down to it, people are just plain scared to support Donald Trump's efforts to prove voter fraud. Republican legislators in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Nevada, Arizona, Michigan, and Wisconsin are scared to use their powers to invalidate fraud in their states. Judges are scared to take up the cases. And Republican state executives are scared to investigate the fraud allegations. Case in point: Georgia.

On December 7, 1941, the Japanese attacked America. Seventy-nine years later, a Chinese professor boasted that China has almost succeeded in conquering America. Our business and political classes have colluded with China for decades and Joe Biden is one of China’s best buys. The only barrier to China’s depredations has been Donald Trump.

Hunter Biden’s hard drive revealed what many had long suspected, which is that, when then-Vice President Joe Biden took his drug-addled, debauched son to China, he pimped Hunter out to various CCP entities in exchange for millions for dollars in faux business deals that were actually bribes. The media and the tech tyrants suppressed this story – so much so that 17% of Biden voters would have voted for Trump if they’d known about it.

The election was a month ago and Democrats are still trying to understand why so much money got them so few votes in Texas. This is from the Dallas Morning News:

Like all great crimes, the 2020 election fraud will have a diffusion curve with early believers and early deniers, later adopters and fewer deniers and finally, only the ideologically blind will deny.

The all-in media is double timing to convince the later adopters there is nothing to see here.

It isn't working. Too much stuff is coming out from too many places and there are just too many alternative web sites publishing fraud examples on such a scale it cannot be denied by any but the willful.

It's been over a month since the election, and all is not well in Mudville. The home team fights round the clock to prove that the challenger cheated, and the challenger makes no effort to calm fears or address concerns — just continues naming cronies and planning not just to take over the ballpark, but to change the rules for the entire sport.

For those who care, the internet still exists, and there are more sites than Twitter, Facebook and news services out there where the truth actually matters.

“If other states don’t follow the Constitution and if their state legislature isn’t responsible for overseeing their elections … it affects my state,” he said. “Our job is to make sure the Constitution is followed and that every vote counts. And in this case, I’m not sure every vote was counted. Not in the right way.”

Coffee County Georgia officials sent out a letter last week to Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger. County officials told Raffensperger they were not able to duplicate the election night results on their voting machines.

Coffee is a small county, so if they can’t figure out their numbers with any credibility, what makes us think that Fulton can figure out their numbers with any type of accuracy?
