Congrats Joe Biden!!! #46 President of the United States!

The funny thing is, they must be postmarked by election day.

Elongating it this much is them say, "Once it get's in the system, we don't think we can handle this volume for a week."

The Ds did a great job in the courts before the election: No postmark needed in PA, removing Green Party across the board to remove their fringe from defecting, NC getting 10 days after the election, and on and on and on.
Which is crazy bc Trump and McConnell have done a great job of packing the courts the last 4 years.

Same, I am pretty liberal on social issues and I’m fiscally conservative. Democrats are so far away from the moderate vote with their politicians that they will get murdered if the republicans can put any sort of reasonable person in front of the podium.
I told someone that exact thing yesterday. Someone that is even socially moderate and fiscally conservative would run away with it imo.

Biden probably gonna win PA so none of this matters. He won't need anything else after that.
I said this with Trump on MI, WI, & PA.

Then Detroit, Milwaukee, and Philly began dumpintg tens of thousands of 100% Biden votes...

Honestly, it may make sense if they are separating the votes...but how do you find a batch of JUST one side separation...shouldn't you additionally find like 5-7k for 100% Trump? Did they only look at Trump mail-in votes initially?

Agreed but I do think "packing" is a dangerous term...

There were openings and they filled them.

But to your point, a shit ton of appeals/regional/state judges have been filled in the last 4 years.

I remain unconvinced by the Leftist response ITT - "OMG, fraud? LOL, as if."

It's just so weird that PA has hundreds of counties....the ONLY counties struggling are MASSIVE democratic strongholds who the "moderate" voter could say, "I get it, that's a D stronghold."

But if mail in ballots were so shitty that we couldn't have time to count them....even if Ds were 4:1 in mail in ballots...wouldn't you see much smaller precincts really struggling? Why are precincts with the most people, most funds, most spotlight...struggling?

You are correct. Didn’t mean it maliciously. Just did their jobs efficiently lol

I'm in a group message with about 10 Europeans and they are just laughing at us lol. It just shouldn't take this long no matter who wins. It's a terrible look and makes us a laughingstock.
After we bailed their ass out they're lucky they aren't talking to you in German or Japanese. Ask them if that's funny.

dude.......... it takes TIME to create these new filled in ballots.

Not showing any election counter showing 99% reporting. Most are sitting at 88-92%.

Biden is on pace to win PA.

Allegheny county/Pittsburgh has 35k ballots that are waiting until tomorrow to be counted. 29k of them are being legally challenged, but that will be cleared up later this afternoon and the count will continue tomorrow morning.

Does anyone find this hilariously funny:

GA requires a 50% number or a runoff happens...

For those wondering, if he had 500 more votes...or ossoff 500 less, it wouldn't be an issue...

The GA SOS apparently left the totals left to count from Clayton and Sumter county off of the original list of remaining ballots, which is a big deal because both are blue and Clayton is very blue.

Here I am going to try to address some confusion about why Allegheny County is not going to begin counting 30,000+ ballots until tomorrow. People are going bonkers about this, or castigating hard-working employees on no sleep, and it is wrong. (thread)

The ballots in question require special attention. The vast majority -- up to 29,000 -- involve a situation where a vendor sent the wrong ballots to voters, and had to reissue new ballots with the correct races. The challenge there is now voters have 2 ballots, one w/wrong races.

So you have to give those ballots special scrutiny to make sure that a) people don't vote twice, and b) if they just send in the old one, they don't vote in races they aren't eligible for. So you can't just scan them with the rest.

Other ballots in the pot include those that don't scan for whatever reason -- it's like when the ATM won't process the amount of the check you want to deposit, so you have to bring it into the bank office itself.

When ballots require special scrutiny, the county records the vote through a return board whose members are sworn in for that purpose. The board reviews the results tallied up by election workers after polls close, but also addresses provisional ballots, military ballots, etc.

... And the board's members are set to be sworn in tomorrow, the Friday after E-day. I am told by the election department's solicitor that this date is a requirement of the Election Code.

There is nothing nefarious here: Be advised, Trump supporters, that county's GOP chair is comfortable with process. Nor is this a case of shiftless public workers taking a day off. This is longstanding process, and the county made clear how 29k would be handled well before E-day

Regardless of party affiliation we can all agree that Nevada is asshoe, right?
Not sure if some follow politics like I do...but I should probably stop...but Nevada has been known for voter fraud for years. Like 75% of their votes come from one county and it's almost a SPOKEN secret that Dems pay for votes there.
