The Arkansas football coaches are in the midst of recruiting the high school ranks to fill out its 2026 class, with official visits set to start in June ahead of the start of fall camp and the recruiting dead period.
Right now, Arkansas' 2026 class has 14 total commitments and is ranked No. 17 in the nation according to Rivals. Some players have been committed for quite a while, while others have jumped on board just recently.
The class consists of two four-star recruits and 10 three-stars, as well as two who have not yet received a star rating from Rivals.
With recruits jumping on board with their commitments as early as last week, HawgBeat recaps what Arkansas' 2026 class looks like so far...
Jaivion Martin — Tight End
https://n.rivals.com/content/athletes/jaivion-martin-314770?view=pvDate Committed: May 2
Height/Weight: 6-foot-4, 245 lbs.
Other Notable Offers: Arizona State, Texas Tech, Duke, Cal
Notes: Martin is the latest to jump on board for the Hogs. He's the second tight end in the class and the seventh offensive player to commit so far.
Robert Haynes IV — Wide Receiver
Date Committed: April 29
Height/Weight: 6-foot-2, 175 pounds
Other Notable Offers: Arkansas State, Louisiana, ULM, Tulsa, UNLV
Notes: Haynes took an unofficial visit in April and pulled the trigger a short time later. He was named wide receiver MVP at the UA Next Camp in Houston last month. Has not received a rating from Rivals yet.
Carnell Jackson — Defensive Tackle
Date Committed: April 14
Height/Weight: 6-foot-2, 310 lbs.
Other Notable Offers: Arkansas State, Western Kentucky, App State, Liberty, Memphis
Notes: Arkansas was the first SEC offer for Jackson, but he's also gotten looks from Auburn as well, which makes sense because that's the hometown team. He's the only other commit in the class to not receive a rating from Rivals yet.
Kade Bush — Tight End
Date Committed: March 27
Height/Weight: 6-foot-5, 205 lbs.
Other Notable Offers: Kansas State
Notes: Bush comes from the same high school that produced former Razorback and Detroit Lions center Frank Ragnow. He also played lacrosse in high school.
Jalon Copeland — Defensive Back
Date Committed: March 15
Height/Weight: 6-foot-1, 175 lbs.
Other Notable Offers: Illinois, Memphis, Nebraska, Michigan State, Penn State
Notes: The state of Georgia has been kind to the Hogs in recent cycles, but Copeland is actually the only one in the fold so far for the Hogs in the 2026 class.
